Our 2023 Pinot Noir is another lovely expression of Oregon’s signature varietal!  Cherry cola, cinnamon, black cherry, cedar, and a hint of earth and woodsmoke greet the nose while tart raspberry, vine-dried blackberry, supple leather, forest floor, brambles, star anise, slate stone and a kiss of black cherries awaits in glass.  Pairs well with salmon, beet salad with goat cheese, tomato sauce pasta with meatballs, manchego cheese, stuffed mushrooms, barbecued chicken wings, and good times with the ones you love!
