Many food pairing possibilities abound but some of our favorites include: smoked salmon, baked shrimp linguine, grilled mushrooms, goat cheeses, grilled sea bass with tarragon and dill, feta cheese wrapped in fresh herbs, Portobello mushroom bourguignon, roasted chicken, and Shitake mushroom fried rice!
