Featuring a light, bright Oregon Gruner Veltliner, a dry, citrus-forward Riesling, a 'best-of-both-worlds' Chardonnay that was aged and fermented in stainless steel but aged 'sur lie' (on the lees, the spent solids after fermentation consisting mostly of spent yeast!) to add some creaminess and depth, a floral, textural delight of a Roussanne and a decidedly tropical white Tempranillo, as well as a delightful stone-fruit and tropical leaning white Malbec, this 6 pack offers an amazing look at what we are doing in the realm of white wines at RAM Cellars!
