Ah, Counoise! We love this chillable, lighter-bodied red, and our 2022 Counoise is a dazzling, garnet red hue. Strawberries, a gentle ocean breeze, dried fig, lavender, and rosemary greet the nose, while just under-ripe blackberries, brambles, grapefruit pith, ripe pear skin, violets, and a hint of salinity await in glass. Pairs well with grilled lamb, roasted veggies, shrimp jambalaya, vegan spring rolls, fried chicken, goat’s milk cheeses, and, of course, family and friends!
